This will be a short entry since...IM SICK. I have had some sort of cold since monday, which is annoying since its not actually cold here...its really hot. and having a cold when its hot sucks. But after a quick call to my doctor this morning (Dr. Eliastam, that is) I have some medicine, some fluids and am looking forward to taking it easy today. Send me some Get Well vibes!

This week has been a bit different. I started my new job at United Advertising in the city. I really like it, the people are great, the pay is pretty good, and its something totally different from what I'm used to. The only negative is that the hours are reaaaally long. I wake up at 6 am and get home around 7-8 pm. Also, I am paid on commission only, but thats not that big of a deal since its easy to sell. The product is for Citibank. We are helping people lower their interest rates or get a new credit card if they want one. I could tell you more about it but its really not that interesting ( haha...get it...interest rates...interesting...) So my whole week has been working, eating and sleeping. I haven't made a final decision about whether or not I will stay with the job, but right now I am thinking that I will stick with it till jan and then I will have enough money to finally travel around the country! Which would be awesome.

I just breakfast with Shaun and Sasha Eliastam this morning, which was great. I also met their cute puppy, Sophie. They have been really great to me so far and have even offered me free internet at their house! My two german friends from the hostel (the ones who went with me to the Chinese Garden) are actually working at an internet cafe across the street from the hostel so I can get free internet there too.

I am going to the Westfield this afternoon (its the biggest mall in Australia), its about 10 minutes away from me by bus. I need more work clothes, seeing as I didn't really pack business attire in my backpack. Shopping in sydney is amazing, its so easy to find cheap good clothes. Anyway, now im rambling so im ending this. Have a great day!
