Hi there everyone, Well I made it through my 3 week 'camping' tour and safely back to LA. Actually did some camping in the final week as the weather warmed up a little (thank god) but not before we endured snow of all things at the Grand Canyon! It never even crossed my mind that it ever snowed at the GC! The day we arrived it was pelting down and we only caught a short glimpse of the Canyon, however someone did a good job wth the weather the next day and we had blue skies for our helicopter rides over the canyon, which was just awesome! Stayed tuned for the video footage - well those of you I will see in the next few months! Spent Halloween in Las Vegas which was wild, we all got dressed up and hit the streets and had a great fun night - some of us finishing the night with a dance on the bar at Coyote Ugly in our cowgirl attire! The second night we had a limo ride through the streets - in a lush Hummer limo - and then gambled all my money away (well I was $30 up at one stage but did provide hours of entertainment!). The next day wasn't so much fun for me as I contracted some stomach bug/food poisoning and spent most of the day riding the big porcelan bus - worse thing was that we spent most of the day in the van and I had one major puking incident in the van - just so everyone could share my pain - charming it was!! However, luckily enough I was fine and dandy (well almost) the following day and could enjoy some of that San Diego sunshine. So yeah, back in LA staying in a hostel in West Hollywood for a few more days before flying back to London. Did a tour of the city and beaches today - famous people's mansions, bev hills, Bel-Air, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood Boulevard yada yada - but not one celeb spotting unfortunately! Nevermind, couple of days left for that, Weather is nice and sunny and warm here so I'm making the most of it before I head back to London. That's all from me for the time being. I guess the next postcard you'll get will be from Egypt - that's of I can find internet access!! Hope everyone is taking it easy!
