Today went with Aki to Asakusa, which is an old town that is very popular with tourists for the temples there. They also have these incenses things burning in this pit that are meant to have healing power. It's really funny though because the little incense things have swastikas on them.

But my camera screwed up right as we were leaving Asakusa so I'll have to buy a new one when I get back from Kyoto.

Then after that we went to Shibuya which is right in the heart of town and met Eriko there. We went to karaoke, as usual, and I found a song called Eriko that was all about how this girl Eriko has died abd how they miss her. Like the first line roughly translated is "There is a cold rain this morning because Eriko has died, it is sad.

But while we were walking along down one of the main streets, this guy came up to us all and said to the girls that he wanted me to be a model in his magazine, probably a balaclava model but oh well. But it was really funny, I probably would have done it if I got paid for it but he wanted me to do it this weekend and I'll be in Kyoto.

After that we went to an izakaya bar which is like a bar that still serves food to tables like a restaurant but everyone is drinking. We all probably had about six drinks and so the two girls were quite drunk, especially Aki. It was actually hilarious, I'd never seen her like that before. She was stumbling all over the place and using my shoulder to keep her upright for about 5 minutes, which is very weird for her.

It was actually really good day.
