Mui Ne
With me not feeling to well, more like exhausted from our latest adventures, yeah i think it is a touch of altitude sickness without the altitude... which basically means Miles is a tired arse. We decided to move onto the nearest beach Mui Ne, there are also amazing sand dunes here and a cutzy little fishing village. It was just what we needed, we found a guest house on the beach that was not charging way over the top prices and settled in for a couple of days to let our bodies catch up with us! After sleeping for a whole day while Aaron wondered around and made himself useful planning our next few days, we decided to hit the sand dunes and see what all the hyoe was about. We had promised that we wouldn't rent out another motorbike but we went against that and did! So glad we hired it as it was about 1hr 30 mins to the dunes, when we got to them they looked amazing. We soon picked up a little guy called Toon to show us around and find some of the best dunes to slide down, and he didn't dissapoint us at all, these dunes were so steep it was so much fun going down although not as much fun going back up them on foot! Aaron amazingly lost all fear of heights, and kept on at Toon to find a higher one! i know its sand its not like its concrete it doesn't hurt when you throw my whole 8 stone frame down it. After getting back to the guest house we both had to shower, we had sand in places we didn't realise we had places! All good fun though, we adopted another little guy too, his people were no fun and stopped after just one slide so he came with us, laughing at the stupid english people who wanted more and more danger!
