We decided to spend Good Friday in Sucre where all the locals gathered in the streets to take part in / watch the Good Friday parade.
One of the major things to do in Sucre is the Dinosaur park. It is a park with the largest amount of Dinosaur tracks found anywhere in the world (as shown on the photograph). When we arrived we found out that part of the tracks had collapsed and a large percentage of the park will be lost in the next 50 yrs, which made us quite happy we were going there now.
The tracks themsleves were a bit disappointing because you view them from a platform about 50 meters away. So, instead of seeing massive T-Rex footprints you see very tiny dots on a wall. That being said, it was quite cool to see some of the tracks and it is amazing how much information they can get about the dinosaurs from just seeing the way they walked.
After the Dino park we got a night bus to La Paz and the following day caught our plane to Rurrenabaque and the Amazon!
