On the way to Shanghai we stopped at a canal town, it was sooo hot so we walked around for a bit then sat down with Bart, Claire and Matt to have some lunch, rice again yum! we bouht a chinese fan from a local man. We decided to get the boat back to where we were suppose to meet Fisher, so we got the boat with Sarah-jane, sascha, Matt, claire, bart, sarah.

Once we arrived at Shanghai we had a quick dinner (japanese) and went with most of the roup to the fourth tallest buildin in the world, Jing Mao. The view was amazing! that night we needed to do some washing, so filled the bath up chucked the washing in and created our own whirl pool!

The next day in Shanghai we went to the zoo with Sarah to see the Panda, the zoo was okay in some parts but some of the animals (elephant, dogs) were treated awfully. There was a show with the elephants and we walked straight out of the zoo, it was disgusting they had dressed them up and had hooks to hit them with, so we left in a hurry!
That niht Fisher wanted us all to go out so we all went to a Karoke bar, we didnt buy any drinks because it was expensive, but Kate had a go at Karoke with Sarah! That was out last night in China :(

To get to the airport to fly to bangkok we took the maglev (a train without tracks) it goes 340 km per hour!!

We both had an amazing time in China and miss the country a lot as well as the group o riends we made!
