Well what can I say, other than when you are the only two left at the port and everyone is packing their stuff up to go home for the night, you get the feeling something isn't quite right. All the other approx 200 travellers had got onto the coaches and left for the next destinations. Our coach had turned up an hour and a half after it should of do. It was also evident that we are the only two people to be going into the jungle too. In the end a little back loading vehicle turned up and off we left to Kho Soak - so we thouhgt! We ended up stranded in Surat Thani and a promise that we would get picked up at 06:20 in the morning. So we checked in to a hotel and went for a wonder in the street of Surat Thani. Not a westener in sight which was quite cool really. We ended up at this night market with loads of food and clothes staff. Please see pictures! To my utter amazment at 06:20 the next morning the bloke was there to pick up up - bonus. Now, well hopefully its to the jungle!!!!!!!!! Miffy x x
