Hi all, The coach journey to Kho Chang was a bit of a strange affair. We boarded the VIP coach and there was only four of us on it.....! Normally they are jammed packed. We arrived at the pier at 03.30 in the morning and told to sleep on the bus until 07.00 when the ferry left. Hi all, At 5am, we were awoken by the guard and sure enough, we were back in rainy Hanoi. We made it back to the guest house where Naomi and Jen had stayed before and managed to get a 4 room share for $4 each. We climbed back into bed as soon as we got in and didn't wake until about 9am. Hi all, The train journey was really pleasant and we all shared a cabin so played cards and ate mangoes before getting some shut eye in the soft sleepers. We arrived in XXXXX early and it was an hours mini bus ride through the mountains before we finally arrived at Sapa, a small hill station town. Well after 48hrs on a coach we finally arrived in Hanoi. We did break up the journey with a night in Hoi An but it was straight onto the bus the next morning for another 24hrs coach marathon.
