Four weeks today and we set sail. Things are moving on. Barbara came up last week and we booked a few more trips. Everything has now been booked, any ports we haven’t got anything organised in, we’ll either stroll around or look and see what’s on offer at the dock. Usually there are hordes of people offering tours.
Today I picked up Chilean, Colombian and US currencies. I’ve ordered Uruguayan which, hopefully, I can collect tomorrow. That only leaves Brazilian and Jan is giving me some for Christmas. As soon as I know how many I’ve been given, I will order the rest to make up my estimated requirement.
Just before Christmas, I’ll try on my formal gear and other clothes, so I’ll be able to replace any if necessary. I think I should be OK. I did have a fitting a few weeks ago, but since then I’ve had a transatlantic cruise!
I’ve started to put stuff out in the spare bedroom. Important stuff like gin, tonics, moisturiser and such like! I should knuckle down in the next couple of days and get more stuff out.
