Quite a lumpy night. Temperature was 18 when I woke up, but it was warm enough when Barbara and I walked our post-breakfast mile. People were going upstairs with towels, but we sat in Anderson's for the morning.
After lunch I lost my quoits game. As usual after we both finish quoits, we went down for a cup of tea. Rob and Linda joined us. We both had a beer too.
Lost the IQ. After dinner the saxophonist from Britain's Got Talent was on in the theatre, so Barb and I went for a stroll around deck 7. We could see land and a couple of flashing lights (lighthouses?).
Instead of the Syndicate Quiz, Phil and Yvonne went to bed and the rest of us went to the pub evening. There was a singsong with us all waving Union Flags and a pub quiz. The first four rounds were music, riddles, more music and body parts. For the fifth round three people were selected to stand at the front. Muggins was one of them. We had to sing a tongue-twister about Suzy's Shoeshine Shop. I messed up on the very last word! I was still given a bottle of wine though. We then proceeded to win the quiz, too. So that was another bottle. We now have 8 in our store for formal nights. By my calculations, we only need 10 more for the remaining formal nights, unless they sneak in more than originally planned.
Clocks back another hour to GMT +11. I guess this is the last time they'll go back and any changes from now on will be forward.
