There was only one reason why i decided to go to Lake Taupo, and that was to jump out of a plane! Thats right. I did a 12,000ft sky dive and it was awesome. The views of the lakes were out of this world, and we could see the snow capped mountains in the distance. One of which was used in the Lord of the Rings films (or so am told...BOTHERED!). For those of you who are doubting i had the gut, i have dvd and photo evidence to prove it. Will post the photos up as soon as i find an internet cafe that doesn't take forever to upload images! Was really great though, was buzzing for the rest of day, although did feel a bit dizzy in the evenings. Probably over-excited as mum would say!
