This morning the ocean is so flat and calm. It's like the sea is thick oil no white water even from the wash. As the sun pierces the clouds it creates glimmering streaks on the water. A full day at sea lies ahead. Overnight we have cruised along the coast of Cuba and the Caribbean islands. It's a clear sunny day. After a trip to the gym we shower and go to breakfast. It's not so humid today so I chose to walk up on deck 17 and Glenn went to the gym. After showers we go to the dining room for breakfast. We are seated at a table for 2 next to the 'Red Hat Ladies'. Not sure if I have mentioned them before but the Red Hat Ladies is a worldwide organization of women over 50. They dress in predominantly purple clothing and red hats.
