Stared our next to last day at Sea working out and then had a great surprise of hundreds of Towel Animal out on the Lido deck! We then spent the rest of the day relaxing, playing games and watching movies. This was a warmest day of the cruise with temperatures in the low 60s although the wind was pretty strong. Spent the evening watching comedy.

Our ship from Signal Hill. The cargo ship in front of us is a brand new ship getting ready to be loaded for its first voyage. It is a new design much longer and narrower than standard freighters!

We spent the day in St Johns Newfoundland. We took an excursion through Carnival that took us first to Cape Spear which is the most eastern point of North America! We then visited a small town called Petty Harbour. It is a beautiful little fishing village. They mostly fish for cod and crab. From there we headed to Signal Hill. The view was beautiful. Fun day at sea. Today was a relaxing day. We started out working out and then enjoyed the day exploring the ship. Tonight was elegant night. We had a great time chatting with the wait staff. Gary has decided that we need to sing Happy Birthday to different staff members whether it is their birthday or not! Perhaps we have been on the ship too long!
