We spent the day in St Johns Newfoundland. We took an excursion through Carnival that took us first to Cape Spear which is the most eastern point of North America! We then visited a small town called Petty Harbour. It is a beautiful little fishing village. They mostly fish for cod and crab. From there we headed to Signal Hill. The view was beautiful. We could see the small opening that our ship had come through to dock in the Harbour at St. John's. We also toured the city and saw many sights including the Government House. It was very cool sailing away as many people showed up and lined the hills and shore line to see us off including some soldiers dressed in red coats shooting off muskets. Our entertainment at night was an illusionist!
