Here i am in Vientiane the capital city of Laos , and i dont like it much or though it has an extremely bizarre element to it which walking around last night made me feel sea sick ! Any how back to that , Luang Prabang was so amaxingly beautifull it makes everywhere else look a bit s*** ! LOts of Wats and wandering around beautifully arranged night markets and sedate loafing does not make a country. So after 4 nights sharing with Ozzy Lee,( dont ask about the brown wee), i decided to move on down the road toVang Vieng which is the tubing capital of laos. Down the road was 8 hours of hare pin turns up and down mountains with some of the most beautifull scenery ive everwitnessed along with the sweet perfume of puke and dolcet tones of urgeing , Nice. Motion sickness for some was a problem. lucky for me i got away with it. Got to VV , its the first place where no one has grabbed me to take me to their guest house so i had to actually find one on my own, not hard as its still low season and theres hundreds. So the scenery is breathtaking the town is just really a back packer party stop, from what i could see. Tubing , you getyour tyre innertube and float down the river , all along the way there are bars and swings like death slides. The idea is you get drunk and try not to die ! Its also stunningly beautifull. i did the last slide on the river and i was v scared i reckon its about 20\30 feet drop into the water after you stop swinging, groovy... also stopping at the get out point was tricky as for some reason they chose a spot where the current increases quite allot. also lost my oakleys bummer. Next day onto Vietiane ,wherei looked at some of the worst flea pit rooms ever and not cheap, so ive pulled out my mid range hotel hat and payed just alittle bit more so as not to get electrocuted or worse !.. Yeah very uneasy here not used to big (smallish ) cities, keep getting the where you going , areyou married beautifull lady lines !! Thers one site to seethis afternoon then im outahere tomorrow, thats all fornow big love x
