So Roisin & I did the Neon Run in Sydney this week. It was amazeballs!! Any 5k that has a bar at the starting line is a winner in my books.

As the name suggests, neon was encourged. So we pulled on our finest neon running gear and hit the Botanic Gardens. Every kilometre had a different kind of music playing from a big stage and we stopped at every one and danced our arses off. Extra time and attention was payed to the rock and disco stages - obvz.

Despite there being a bar at the start of the race, I'm still pretty sure we were the only people running with a vodka in hand. Yolo. So lesson of the day, running is well easier when your a bit drunk!!
