So this was my first Xmas away from home....anyone that knows my family will know that we love a party and xmas isn't any exception! So I have been in Cumnock, NSW for almost three weeks now. A nice wee town with a population of 200 people thats about 5 hours inland from Sydney. I am only just starting to get settled and used to how quiet my life is now! I was not mentally prepared for how rural this place is. So Roisin & I did the Neon Run in Sydney this week. It was amazeballs!! Any 5k that has a bar at the starting line is a winner in my books. As the name suggests, neon was encourged. My wonderful house mates know how much I hate surprises and so returning from the beach, I found the house covered in balloons and silly string. Thinking of silly string even now gives me shudders...
