Canyon Lands was amazing in its own way. I mean we were up very high, about 6000 ft above sea level and we looked at canyons. It was a really nice day though, on our way up a huge thunderstorm came through and dumped lots of rain and hail on us. Today was Arches National Park. Nothing surprising about what we saw at this park, arches. They were massive though and it was fun to hike to them. The temp was about 90 when we were hiking but it wasn't bad even though we were in the sun because there was alway a nice breeze. Today we traveled from Bryce to Hanksville on scenic route 12. It is considered one of the most scenic roads in the US. It was very pretty but we started at about 8000 feet above sea level then went down to about 6000, then back up to a little over 10,000 and back down to 4000. Bryce National Park has got to be one of my favorites. The first thing we saw as we approached Bryce was the arch over the road in the Red Canyon that we had to drive under.
