I get an early start and have the bike back together and running great around lunchtime. I call the Newfoundland ferry company to find out if they are running the ferry again and taking bookings. They have cancelled their route to St Johns and are running that ferry to Port aux Basque. However, they are not accepting new reservations. Not wanting to be stuck for another week I decide to ride up to North Sydney and see if they can squeeze me and the bike on. 2 hours later I'm steaming my way to Port aux Basque.
