RC packing up our tent after staying at Jacob Lake last night. We made it to the sight just before dark, but managed to get the tent up, weenies roasted, and s'mores made and eaten before the sun set. If I ever meet the person who invented a 9 person tent my husband can set up himself in just a few minutes, Im going to give him a hug. Or a tip. Or something like that.

When you have 5 kids and some are in car seats, this is the absolute best way to take a picture of your family crossing the state line. I'll try to get more pics of people soon!

Much of the forest in New Mexico and Arizona looked like this. Much of the country was severely dry, and the song "All My Fountains" kept playing in my head.
