Hi again,

It seems that my bad luck just doesn't want to go away, as I wasn't able to sell the car in Melbourne without a RWC. I had found a buyer for the car as long as I could get the RWC, so I left the car into the garage to get checked over, at a fee of $90.70 and it come back with $600 worth of problems that needed to be fixed before I could sell the car. As I was due to fly to Cairns the following day and I was selling the car for $900 I asked the mechanic if he would give me $200 for the car and cancel the RWC fee. He ended up giving me $100 and canceling the RWC fee.

I arrived in Cairns and went snorkeling at the Reef, which was very good fun and I got to see lots of strange and tropical fish. One of which was the same size as me.

Made my way down to Mission beach for a few nights before travelling on to Townville, which is the most uneventful city I've been in. There are very few people and nothing to do. But as I was there I heard of a full moon party on Magnetic Island, so I took myself out to the Magnetic Island. When I was there I went out in a canoe, however I forgot to take my mobile phone out of my pocket. So needless to say I no longer have a working mobile phone.

I have now arrived in Airlie beach, and I'm due to do the Whitsunday sailings of 74 Islands on Wednesday over 3 days, which I'm looking forward to.
