Was over in Paris last week to visit my French friends that I met when I was staying in Brisbane. Had a great week and saw all over central Paris as I was taken around by my friends on the back of their scooter, which was the quickest way to get around as it is a very busy city, and expensive to live in at 7 euro a pint. As I can only speak a few words in French it would have been difficult to get through the week if it weren't for my friends translating, and this made the trip that bit more enjoyable. It was a beautiful city with lots of huge monuments scattered throughout. Had a great time and I'm sure I'll be back again at some stage to pay another visit.
