Just a quick entry tonight as back in Phuket for 1 night before heading for Ko Samui. Yesterday was another wash out on Phi Phi island. Yesterday we got up late (about 11am) and it was raining again very heavily. We decided that we'd perhaps go to Phuket town (about 20 mins from Patong beach) as it wasn't really beach weather. We set off for Phuket at 10.30am this morning, via taxi to Chiang Mai airport. Our flight was with Thai airways at 1pm and everything went like clockwork.
