Arrived in phuket 2 days ago. what a nightmare. this place is hell on earth. i watched the film "devils Advocate" on tv last night and i thought of the Devil character that he probably runs this town.

What a westernised hell hole. Burger king, mcdonalds, starbucks, baskin robins, etc etc. Pretty difficult to get any thai food here. unless you go out of the town a bit!

if i had know it would be like this i would have cut of my feet to stop me getting here.

expensive too. everything is twice the price of everywhere else!

aaaarrrghghhhh!

only one more day though and off to chiang mai .......thank god!
