Group photo first, then for our trip around the Ring of Kerry, 160km drive on the coastal ring road, lots of elevated views. Back to Killarney for lunch, then drove to Adare - which had little thatched roofed houses (wip de do) went for a walk in the local park. Carried on to Limerick, reasonably big day on the bus. Stopped at King John's castle (of Robin Hood fame) where treaty was mad and broken. Staying in a nice hotel called the Strand. Then off to Bunratty Castle - Irish folk evening in corn barn. Great fun, food, music and dancing. Irish stew, wine in jugs, Mark in good form.
