Great night last night at the Big Red Bash. Best artist was definitely John Williamson. Will post some photos when we next get chance. Evan met John and I met Pat Callinan. Heading off into The Simpson Desert now via the Rig Road. Will next have service over in Alice Springs in about 5 days.

Took a look around Birdsville had lunch at bakery Mark had curried camel pie which he said was delicious. Rest of us had beef pies not brave enough . Going to Big Red Bash music festival at the Big Red Sand dune in Simpson Desert tomorrow purchased tickets today. Evan particularly excited as he loves John Williamson.
