We are on a lion Hunt, But we are not scared!!

This is the only place left in Asia where you can see the Asiatic lion in the wild Natural Habitat!!!

We are entering the gates of the sanctury its only 06:30 there are five us in the jeep, open top but we are ensured the lions are OK they wont attack the jeep..

10minutes into the park we see our first lioness!! she is in the bush, but we can clearly see her from the road cameras are going crazy, she half stands and starts to stalk a deer further into the bush. you can see every muscle taught with suspense, taught with energy ready to leep into action. We are all very quiet and just as tense, we wait maybe 3 or 4 mins feels like hours, lifetime.. THEN!! she lays back down in the grass and the deer lives another day, maybe she wasn't hungry maybe she could feel our presence either way we had one happy deer.

As we continue we find a male strutting his stuff, actually along the safari road we all stand in the jeep he turns looks at us, sniffs the nearest tree and sprays his scent.. He walks off tail high

Oh what a magical day how lucky were we to see male and female of the most endangered creatures in Asia...
