15th 17th March Jodpur

This unfortunately was just a 2 day stop over trying to get in Camel Safari in Jaisalmer and Jaipur for the Elephant festival & Holy Week...

However Jodpur I loved The blue city Growing out of a rocky ridge. The old city surrouded by the city wall. You have to walk through the street of many markets and locals sitting on their door steps just passing the day.

The fort is very spread out to get the best of it. I had to use one of those horrible audio systems which actually was very good pointing out cannon holes etc that I would never have seen.. It takes a whole day to enjoy fully!!

The boys are off reserving onwar travel to Jaisalmer. So us girls had the fort to ourselves well with hundreds of other actually. seeing we are now back on the tourist route..

These guys are bad for us too many drinks and other things you can enjoy after dark!!!
