We were up bright and early..again! We had to catch the bus from Vegas back to LA. It was a better journey than expected and we arrived back in LA to bright sunshine, unlike the rain when we left! We had planned to go into town but it was too hot and our bags were too heavy to carry! This station doesn’t have lockers either! Instead we chilled in the ’outdoor patio’ reading and observing the proceedings of a wedding!
Our train wasn’t until 6.45pm but we had to queue up at 5pm to get our seat assignments. We got good seats, in the end coach so away from the tooting and fewer people walking past us! Our train attendant seems very chirpy and friendly, well he did until he heard that the LA angels were losing to the NY Yankees! We’ve been keeping up with the baseball and are currently following the Yankees!
