Had a much needed lay in as we were both shattered! Have ahd a busy few days in Banff - very active ones! Today was the first day that we had to get up early as we had to catch the bus to Lake Louise at 9am. It was a struggle but the McD's Coffee and muffin definitely helped! The walk to the depot was chilly but didn't seem too bad however once at the depot it seemed to drop in temperature considerably and ended up changing!
