Well, we dont know what the weather has been like at home but it hasnt been too good here the last week. We've been told its going to warm up again soon though (we hope). We spent three days in a little town called Agnes Waters and the Town of 1770. The hostel was one of the best we'd ever stayed in and if the weather had been nice, the patio area and other facilities would have been great to use. Instead as it was pouring with rain, we spent most our time there on the internet and watching movies. It did ease for a little while so we wandered down to the beach which also would have been nice if the sun had been shining. We were also planning a trip on scooters and choppers around the surrounding area but due to bad weather it was cancelled. We're gonna keep our eyes open as we move up the coast to see if we can do it elsewhere.

We left Agnes Waters on Sunday to go to Kroombit Cattle Station in the outback. We got there about 1pm, settled into our dorm that we reckon is a converted stable. Then we were off to round up the goats on horseback. Krisha had a horse called Dozer which didnt like any of the other horses and Maries was called Lambert who was a little lazy! We rounded up all the goats and there was loads of them. We had to yell out "um ba ba ba" as we were doing it. While we were out in the middle of nowhere, Krisha had a go at clay pigeon shooting and didnt hit one. We then watched a goat rodeo before getting back on our horses and riding back to the stables in the dark. We enjoyed it so much, we're going to see if we can do it again elsewhere.

Well Marie spent 10 hours of her birthday on the bus. It was a long drive from Kroombit to Airlie beach where we are now waiting to do the Whitsundays. We did however, go out last night on a big one and the nightlife here is really good. We did drink too much once again and felt it this morning. Definately a birthday to remember though.

We get on our sailing boat tomorrow at 1.30pm so we're hoping the weather will be nice.  Also check out the new photos we've uploaded - Brisbane, Noosa, Fraser Island, Kroombit and Airlie Beach.  We've finally got to a decent computer!!
