Decided to have a relaxing day today. Quick look around some of the newer properties then back to the pool. Unfortunately a quick wander turned into a three hour walk. Back to the pool but far too hot. Adam and Katie managed to stay out for a while but I stayed in the shade and then went indoors. Ramsey's BurGR was lovely very tasty I did manage to purloin a menu. Loved the iPod feedback !!

Very early morning, pick up at 6.05 thank goodness Katie had set the curtain alarm as we slept through Adam's clock and woke up at 5.15. So mad dash to get ready and get to the lobby for pick up. Afternoon trip to see some of the places where the programmes we watch are filmed. First to Tanked, where we met the general. A lovely man who could talk for England. Then off to Counts kustoms, no Danny but we met a few of the other guys. Then Ricks restoration for a look around and quick view of the bone yard. Decided on a bit of retail therapy today, taking it easy. The alarm worked as we were woken up as the curtains slowly opened. Early dinner then off to see Rod Stewart at Caesars Palace. We arrived with enough time to have a look around the hotel and browse the shops. Amazing concert, against all expectations even Katie enjoyed it. It was supposed to be an early night but it never works out that way.

Arrived at our hotel, in a stretch limousine, we could not believe the airport pickup. The driver met us at baggage reclaim and then said I will just get the car !!!! We are staying at the Aria which is really quite spectacular. Everything is electronic thank goodness Katie can work it all out. We shall see what happens in the morning as Katie has set the alarm which involves the curtains opening, lights coming on, music playing and the TV coming on. Off to b...
