So, the itinerary is set and all of our vaccinations are up to date (ouch!), the research is getting there (slowly) and we're getting excited! Below is a copy of our itinerary, in case you want to visit, or just so you know where we are next year.

14th January 2006 - London to Mumbai (Bombay), India

17th January - Mumbai to Goa Spending time in Goa and southern state of Kerala

1st February - Cochin (Kerala) to Delhi

From Delhi we will visit Agra (the Taj Mahal) and Jaipur

10th February - Delhi to Hong Kong We're just here for one night and day, on our way to Thailand

11th February - Hong Kong to Bangkok (Thailand) After a couple of weeks in Thailand we are making our way, overland, to Cambodia and then to Vietnam.

25th March - Hanoi (Vietnam) to Bangkok (Thailand) to catch our flight to Cairns (Australia). From Cairns we are working our way down the East Coast, with a trip to Ayers Rock on the 2nd-4th April and a couple of weeks exploring the Great Barrier Reef, finishing in Sydney.

30th April - Sydney to Christchurch (New Zealand) From Christchurch we are working our way from the South Island up to the North Island and finishing in Auckland.

21st May - Auckland to Lima (Peru) We head straight over to Cuzco to do the Inca Trek up to Macchu Pichu from the 25th-28th May, from here we will make our way back to Lima stopping at the sights on the way and finishing with a trip to the Amazon (Iquitos) from the 11th-13th June.

14th June - Lima to Rio de Janerio (Brazil) We are spending 3 weeks in Brazil and hope to travel up the East coast from Rio to Salvador.

2nd July - Rio de Janerio to Miami. We will be travelling down to the Florida Keys and the Everglades.

6th July - Miami - Memphis To visit the King! From here we will follow the Mississippi River down to New Orleans.

12th July - New Orleans - Dallas We will put on out biggest shoulder pads and hang out in some Texan saloons!

17th July - Dallas - Jackson Hole (Wyoming) We will spend several days exploring the Yellowstone National Park.

21st/22nd July - Jackson Hole - Dallas - Las Vegas From Vegas we will visit the Grand Canyon and the will head to the West Coast and Los Angeles.

9th August - Los Angeles - New York Last stop the Big Apple!!

13th August - New York - London We arrive home early on the 14th, after 7 months away.
