So, after 3 hours sleep we met Andrew (our cousin) at Sydney airport ready for the Anzac Day Rugby pub crawl! We spent a couple of days in Byron Bay, which is Australia's most easterly point. It is quite a small place, with lots of surfers and hippies! We enjoyed a day on the beach and tried to take a dip in the sea to cool off...but, while the sea is great for surfers, it's not so good for a paddle....Laura got knocked over by a GIANT wave, taking most of her bikini with it!
