Friday and Saturday rolled into one as we spent both days lazing at the pool with not much movement, Saturday morning we awoke to blue skies for the first time on the trip and apart from lunch we stayed at the pool all day making the most of the lovely weather.

At night we ventured down to las americas to sample another of Mandy's old favourites, Balkonen. We enjoyed a lovely dinner and Mandy was recognised and had a wee chat with a few of the staff, we then thought we'd try a couple of bars in las americas, our first stop was the wigan pier where the drag queen standing outside gave us a clue to what the entertainment was going to be! We grabbed a drink and listened to the crooner singing some slow stuff before the drag queen was due to come on, the drink wasn't that good so we departed just as the drag queen came on.

We then headed to the world famous Linekers bar, after being chaperoned in so the boy could get commission we gritted our teeth through the round of drinks and left. We decided that we would walk the journey home, stopping for a drink in a bar that happened to have the Aberdeen Elvis! Only saw about ten minutes but was mildly entertaining, we then completed the journey home and called it a night.
