When in Cuba

On the road at 0730 to Havana from Vinales via Cuba's motorway A4 which has very few cars until the outskirts of the city. Had a nice lunch at Dos Hermana's and then took a horse drawn cart around the old town of Havana. Just arrived back from La Zorra and Cuervo a Latin jazz club with some amazing musician's.Piano bass and drums with sax and two excellent trumpet players. Great night had by all

Apart from a little propaganda Havana is a really great place. Lots of life, good jazz and music everywhere. I love it here.

Arrived Cuba after good flight from Nassau. Lots of pics for home. The airport is a little off-putting due to customs and security. Once outside as long as you are aware of the poverty and hence the need for cash( we were ripped off a little with the cab ride to the hotel) then its very homely.
