Hey

We had a wonderful few days in Adelaide. We were kindly given a very comfy bed by Nicky and Mick, thanks guys it was pure luxury!

On our visit we managed to catch up with a few more relatives. We saw Claire, David, Cameron and Sarah Knox. It was really great to see them as Mair has seen them since she stayed with them in LA 8 years ago. We walked the dogs over the hills that look down over Adelaide, then wandered around town before heading back for our first aussie bbq of the trip.

Mair's cousin Nicky and baby Indie then arrived back from the UK and we went for dinner in Glenelg along the water front. The following day we did the Barossa wine tour, taking in 4 different wineries and some magnificant scenery. Needless to say we had a great day. In the evening we sampled Adelaide's markets and chinatown.

We then hired a car and embarked on our journey along the Great Ocean Road from Adelaide to Melbourne. Stopping in Robe for the first night and in Lorne the second night. Typical us we completely underestimated the distance and on the second day drove the equivalent distance of Cardiff to Edinburgh....hmmm...great planning!

The scenery was gorgeous though and we hope to get the pics up soon. xxxx
