Well today we had an interesting tasting session, we traveled to a place that makes organic balsomic vinegar. We got a private tour of the property and it was definiately interesting to hear how they make it and all the details behind thier origanic products, after the private tour we were able to sit down and be a part of the balsomic tasting. It definately was different than what i was expecting to do, we sat down with our tiny plastic spoons and they brought around at least 4 different things for us to try.. personally I wasn't a fan but then again I don't typically eat balsomic vinegar. Once we were finished tasting the different products they told us they had a special dessert for us to try and never in a million years would I have thought that they would bring out bowls of vanilla ice cream drizzled in balsomic vinegar, not being a fan of the entire tasting I was very hesitant to eat the ice cream but I decided to try it anyway and I was really surprised at how good it actually was. Ya'll should try it.
