Napiers Travel Around The World in 50 Days
Well we couldn\'t have visited NZ without a visit to the real Scottish part so we left Queenstown and drove there. Booked a bed ahead just as well - the i-site had a job getting us a room but managed after god knows how many attempts, the problem was the rugby was on and it was NZ Pipe Band Championships. I tell you Dunedin is more scottish than Scotland, took the tour bus round and saw the worlds steepest street. Saw rabbie Burns statue and the smaller version of the Scotts Monument except it is called the cargill monument. Only stayed one night not long enough to do anything but have a wonder and go out for a meal. Left this morning for Christchurch where we will spend our last two nights. Visited St Andrews on the way up, blink and you miss it, $20 a round on the golf course and it looks very good. No more updates I don\'t think until Honolulu. love to all Lynne & David xx
