Just returned from a day at the beach well three and a half hours, can't cope with the heat and yes Traceyanne I am a lovely brown shade but no doubt that will fade soon. We both decided this was the week to cut down on our food and drink - however last night we found a delicous Mexican restaurant and that thought has gone out the window, so I will be home with excess baggage one way or the other.
