Cape Trib

After mission beach we came back to cairns for one night, went on a pilgrimage to find an open hungry jacks, and then left the next morning for cape tribulation. The tag line for cape tribulationis where the rainforest meets the reef, because its where the daintree rainforest (oldest rainforest in the world) meets with the great barrier reef. The first day there we had a guided tour through the rain forest and up the daintree river to see some wild crocs! That lasted till lunch and then we met up with the brummie girl rob had met in sydney, which was very sureal, and went mountain biking with her and her sister. It was great fun, we went looking for a swimming hole and ended up ventureing down a very unbeaten path to a croc infested river, very freaky. We made it back alive though and had a bit of a night out in the bar, i was so shattered thou i ended up going to bed at 11 not cool. The next morning we chilled on the beach for a couple of hours walked up to the cape and back then got the bus back to cairns via Port Douglas, for my final night in Cairns and our final night as a trio...
