Skydiving!

We woke up from our first night out in cairns very early as today we were going skydiving at mission beach! It was a seven o'clock start and all three of us woke up petrified about what we were about to do, and the hangovers didn't help!

We got to the airstip at about 9 had a bit of a talk on what was going to happen and then waited an agonising 6 hours till 3 when we finaly took up to the skies for our jump. I will never forget marcus's face getting whiter and whiter as we got higher and higher! He was first to go n i had doughts about him doing it but he came through and chucked himself out, then it was my turn and i started to brick it. I edged over to the door swung my legs out n before i knew it my guide had flung me out of the plane and i was falling! It is deffinatly the most weird and amazing experince of my life your falling but it doesnt feel like you are, its like your in a bubble. I fell for 60 secs then as we passed through a cloud he pulled the rip cord and i was just thinking, "please open please open" and it did and we glided down to the ground and landed on the beach it was amazing!
