Hellllooo!!! It's our last day at Alice Springs today - fly to Cairns in just under 3 hrs!! Had a fantastic 2 days tour of Kings Canyon (photo)on day 1 which included a 3 hr walk and swim in a waterhole!! Stayed overnight in Motel which looked like the bar out of Crocodiles Dundee!! All the locals were hammered, singing and dancing to Country and Western music!!! It did make me laugh when Donna asked if they had latte's?!!!! The 2nd day we went to the Olgas and Uluru and had a Aussie BBQ while watching the sunset. Unformtunately it diodn't glow red cos it's been raining here - would you believe it!! Our hostel was lush here too with a pool but can't wait to get to Cairns to get our campervan!! Luce xx
