We stayed here for three days and didn't do much apart from shopping. We went out one night with our friends who were on the India and China tour with us and we met up with our friend Emily from back home, so its good that there are now four of us travelling together.

We went to see a big buddha and walked along the river but were really disapointed as the floating markets only opened at weekends as well as many markets in China town. Also the Grand Palace was closed as the kings sister died.
