This is where our India trip ends, we said goodbye to all our group. We have 5 more days here untill we leave for China, so bye for now!!!

We found it quite disturbing here as we visited the Ganges River but found out that they put the ashes of dead people in it. We saw a couple of bodies being burnt ready to be put out in the river! it was horrible as the locals bathed in it and used it as their drinking water!

This is where we saw the Taj Mahal, it was spectacular! the srounding areas were really clean even petrol cars couldn't go 100metres near the Taj Mahal. We had to go on an overnight train from Agra train station but we were told by our group leader that it was notorious for muggings and stabbings, so we couldn't wait to go!

In Jaipur we went to the largest cinema in India and watched a film called Siing is Kingh, its wasn't what we expected it was really modern and was a good experiance to go. We got a tuk tuk to see the Amber Fort but on the way got pulled over by the police as there were too many of us in the tuk tuk, the driver was being yelled at and the policeman went to hit him! we just ran off and got another tuk tuk. hey Udaipur is a lovely place withs lots of shops, great for shopping for jewellery! Leanne and Lucy went to a cooking class where they learnt how to cook traditional India dishes and chapatis. We also saw a Bollywood movie being filmed here with lots of bright colours and elephants and camels roaming the streets.
