Having had enough of Bolivian buses I decided to fly back to BsAs. However, I still had problems - I don`t think Bolivian transport and I go hand in hand! Although I was prepared for a long journey - ie three planes and about twelve hours I wasn`t prepared to be searched! Another Bolivian bus journey and another nightmare... The Bolivian way of checking bags in is stupid! You have to take your bags upstairs for them to lower it down using a rope and put it on the bus. However, our bags ended up on the wrong bus! We eventually got to Sucre in the early hours of Sunday morning after a bit of a nightmare from Uyuni... Another country, and yet another gorgeous border crossing! We entered Bolivia by doing the three-day Salt Lake Tour. During this time we passed out-of-this-World scenery, such as vast lakes, deserts, hot springs, a geyser field, volcanoes and salt flats - including the World's largest!
