Another country, and yet another gorgeous border crossing! We entered Bolivia by doing the three-day Salt Lake Tour. During this time we passed out-of-this-World scenery, such as vast lakes, deserts, hot springs, a geyser field, volcanoes and salt flats - including the World's largest! Although the trip was thoroughly enjoyable there were some tough parts to it... Both nights were absolutely freezing, ie about -15, and none of the accommodation had heating! However, we survived by wearing the entire contents of our backpacks!
