Our first stop on the sunshine coast was Jeffrey’s Bay - one of South Africa’s surf capitals. We stayed at Island Vibe backpackers which was an awesome hostel. It was set right on the sand dune and you had a 270 degrees view of the beach. The surf was awesome so i had a lesson which was wicked and i managed to get up whoooo :-) . The party atmosphere was wicked as well especially as it was St Patrick’s day while we where there - lots of green paint, fish bowls and partying late into the night!
