We went to visit the Real Madrid stadium today, as you can see from my photos. We went on a tour at a great price of 9 euros - about 6GBP. We got to see the pitch from the top of the stadium and at the bottom, the players benches and coaches area, the locker room for visitors and also the museum and commentators box. We left Seville on Sunday 2nd July and headed to Madrid. We got on a bus in Seville to the train station but ended up going completely around Seville, we were looking out the wrong side of the window and missed the sation first time round!! When we got to the train station at 2.30pm the trains were fully booked until 10pm apart from first class. Today we headed into the centre of Madrid, near to Puerto del Sol. The main street is called Gran Via and has so many shops, bars and restaurants, hotels & hostels. Its about a 15 minute walk from our hotel. We search the hostels and gather some prices and eventually book into a place called Hostel Riosol for 2 nights as we are planning to leave Madrid on Thursday 6th July.
