Hi y’all

So it turns out I was wrong about the storm - it came back! Last night we had to get out of the pool because the thunder and lightning came . We didn’t mind the heavy rain because we were getting wet anyway, but the lightning … not so much!

Today we went on a train hunt. We found all of them but one. We had to give up because we were getting too hot. 40 degrees today. But the nice people gave us our prizes anyway.

Then we went on a dinosaur hunt at the Botanical Gardens (didn’t look like the botanical gardens at all. It looked like a very scary flash hotel). But the gardens were epic. There were fog boulders that spurted out mist. I got myself soaked, it was lovely. The dinosaurs were so cool - they moved and roared. My favourite was the T Rex because a bird accidentally flew into its mouth while it was closing, then flew out again when it opened. It was hilarious!

After that we raced back to the hotel to make sure we got a swim before the storm came again (it blew our beach ball right out of the pool!).
